Welcome to beautiful Ventura.  I always like to refer to our community as Hawaii on the mainland.  Other people have said Ventura reminds them of a European seaside town.  However you may describe our town, those of us who have the privilege of living here care very much about maintaining our quality of life.
 
For those of you who might be considering living and working in Ventura, we hope that our website will provide you with the necessary information you need to make the right decision.  For those of you who do live here but are seeing our site for the first time, we hope that you will find the information informative and helpful.
 
The Ventura Chamber of Commerce family of members are working together to promote quality of life through economic vitality.  It takes a strong healthy local economy to ensure that there are jobs, good schools, and good city services. It is also important that we retain and maintain the integrity of our environment that makes Ventura special.  This can only be done by all of us working together to chart the course for the future.
