YPG is comprised of young professionals who are members of the Ventura Chamber of Commerce or are prospective members, interested in creating positive change in self and the community.

Join fellow professionals on Thursday, May 17th from 10:30am – 1:30pm at the Crowne Plaza Top of the Harbor Ballroom - Ventura, CA for the first ever YPG Professional Roundtable. Learn how to increase your emotional intelligence to become “star performers.” Want top ways to better manage others and better manage yourself? It’s all about your focus and attention.

Featured speaker, Dr. Relly Nadler is a licensed psychologist, Master Certified Executive Coach and corporate trainer. He is the author of Leading with Emotional Intelligence: Hands-on Tools for Building Confident and Collaborative Star Performers and a FREE iPhone App, Leadership Keys. He has been working with Executives and executive teams that become top performers for his whole career. Clients include: DreamWorks Animation, Comcast, Vanguard Health along with local companies, Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, Community Memorial Hospital, Reiter Affiliated Companies, Sage Publications and University of California. He has designed and delivered numerous multiple-day Leadership Boot Camps for high achievers, including Leadership Ventura, put on by the Ventura Commerce and Education Foundation.
